About the WWII US Army Ranger – 2nd Rangers at Pointe du Hoc
One of the most infamous assaults in Operation Overlord, the taking of Pointe du Hoc provided an essential position for Allied forces to solidify their foothold in France. Located atop a 100-foot cliff, the German defenses had a perfect artillery placement to fire on American forces invading at Omaha and Utah beaches. It was up to Lt. Col. James E. Rudder and the 2nd Ranger battalion to climb the monstrous cliffs and capture the German artillery units. Despite excruciating casualties, the Rangers captured the guns and defended them for two days. When they were finally relieved by Allied forces, just 90 of the initial 225 Rangers still stood combat ready.
The WWII Pointe du Hoc US Army Ranger minifig features 360° UV printed Normandy assault gear, Ranger sleeve insignia, and 2nd Battalion Rangers emblem on the helmet. This minifig was designed by Lando and custom printed at Brickmania HQ.
The Pacific Theater saw some of the bloodiest and hard-fought battles of World War II. The Imperial Japanese Army quickly gained a reputation as some of the fiercest combatants during the war, seldom surrendering to enemy forces.

About the Schwimmwagen – Amphibious Utility Vehicle:
The most widely produced amphibious military vehicle of all time, the Schwimmwagen featured a welded one-piece hull and rear propeller that allowed the vehicle to transfer from land to water with relative ease. The front wheels doubled as rudders, so steering was done with the steering wheel both on land and in water. During World War II the German Army produced nearly 16,000 Schwimmwagens, and due to their unique look they’ve remained a popular collector vehicle even today.

Additional information about this Brickmania® custom building kit:
Featuring a compact design with plenty of interior space and brick built tri-color field camo, the Brickmania® Schwimmwagen has a fully posable rear propeller, spare tire, texture printed bedroll tile, and LEGO® oars mounted on the vehicle’s sides.

About the 6 Pounder 57mm Anti-Tank Gun
First used in 1942 during the Battle of Gazala, the Ordnance Quick-Firing 6-pounder, or simply 6 Pounder, fired a 57mm projectile that exited the barrel at an impressive 2,700 feet per second and, against German armor such as the Panzer IV, had an effective range of just over 1,600 feet. Used primarily by US and British forces, the 6 pounder was an incredibly versatile anti-tank gun that outfitted a number of tanks and armored vehicles as well as functioning as a six-man artillery unit that could be towed across different terrain surfaces.
Tow your 6 Pounder 57mm Anti-Tank gun in style behind a Brickmania Universal Carrier, M3A1 Half Track, or (if you’re feeling daring) WWII Jeep!

About the M3A1 Half Track – Armored Personnel Carrier:
The M3A1 Half Track was the main troop transport vehicle for the US Army during World War II and the Korean War. This vehicle was designed to carry an entire rifle squad and their equipment, often towing a trailer with fuel, water, or ammunition. The M3A1 was fitted with an armored “pulpit” mount for an M2HB heavy machine gun and had three pintle mounts for additional machine guns. The M3A1 was the most advanced version of the M3 half track family of personnel carriers with 40,000 of all types manufactured during World War II.
Specifications:
Features of the M3A1 Half Track:
Brickmania’s M3A1 Half Track was modeled after the standardized half track armored personnel carrier used by the US Army during the later years of World War II and the Korean War. The model includes M2HB and M1919 machine guns from BrickArms as standard. There are attachment points for up to two additional machine guns. The model also includes detachable fuel cans, functional front winch, opening driver doors, fold down cargo shelves, and racks for up to 16 anti-tank mines (sold separately in the US Mine Pack). Includes a trailer hitch to tow a variety of trailers or towed weapons. This model is specially designed for future add-on packs.

About the Pak 40 – Anti-Tank Gun:
Designed shortly before the outbreak of World War II, the Pak 40 anti-tank project was shelved due to the lighting-fast success by the Wehrmacht. After Operation Barbarossa, the Pak 40 was immediately put into production with its battlefield debut during the battle for Kharkov in May 1942. The Pak 40 had a remarkably low silhouette, making it easy to conceal in spite of its size. The Pak 40 could defeat the heaviest Allied tanks up until the end of the war.

About the M3 37mm Anti-Tank Gun:
Produced in late 1938 as a combination of the T10 gun and T5 carriage, the M3 was designed to be towed by a light utility vehicle. The M3 was used widely at the beginning of WWII and was exported to China, the Soviet Union, Britain, France, and others under the Lend-Lease program. First entering combat in 1941, the M3 played a significant role in the Guadalcanal Campaign and remained in use in the South Pacific throughout the war. However, it was phased out in the European theater as enemy tanks became larger and better armored later in the war.

Additional information about this Brickmania® custom building kit:
Featuring a detailed breach and accurate armor guard, the M3 includes elevating barrel and posable stabilizers that easily connect to other models (such as the WWII 4×4 Utility Vehicle) for towing.

About the DH.98 Mosquito FB Mk.VI – WWII Twin-Engine Fighter-Bomber:
Designed for intruder missions at low altitudes, the DH.98 Mosquito FB MK.VI first took to the skies in 1942. Equipped with an impressive attack armament the Mosquito was nicknamed the “Wooden Wonder” because of the use of wood throughout the aircrafts design. This made the Mosquito much easier to produce during wartime given the shortages of metal and other materials typically used to develop aircraft. Performing well in all of its roles, the Mosquito served throughout WWII and into the Cold War era until its retirement in 1963.

Significantly lighter than the American Jeep, the Kubelwagen featured better fuel mileage and effective off-road handling without the use of four-wheel drive. When production ceased at the end of the war, 50,435 Kubelwagens had been produced.
Specifications:
Additional information about this Brickmania® custom building kit:
