The M10 Tank Destroyer was based on the M4A2 Sherman tank chassis with and was armed with a M7 3 inch naval gun mounted in an open top turret. It’s purpose was to hunt down and destroy tanks, but was also was also used as expedient mobile artillery. The M10 served in the Allied armies from late 1942 through the end of the war. The figures shown are wearing armored division insignia, but should be wearing Tank Destroyer patches instead. This model is shown with steel colored, double-wide Brickmania Track Links™.

Brickmania’s model team completed this M3 Grant tank, ticking one check mark on a long list of vehicles planned to demonstrate the Brickmania Track Links™ system in practical use. While much of the tracks are covered by the tank’s sand skirts, you can still see how good the dark brown tracks look on a desert camouflage vehicle. This particular M3 Grant wears camouflage based on the British 7th Armoured Division as they appeared in North Africa near the end of 1942. Watch out for more Brickmania Track Links demonstration models to be posted soon!
NOTE: We’d love to publish pictures of your models utilizing Brickmania’s Track Links. Send links or photos to dan [AT] brickmania.com
