Thank you Evansville for a Great Turnout!
The official attendance at yesterday’s display at the Evansville Museum topped out at just shy of 1400 visitors, a one-day record for the museum and a splendid day for us! Crewmen of the actual LST 325 joined us in educating the visitors about the history and purpose of these unsung heroes of World War II.Proceeds from the admission was split between the Evansville Museum and LST 325 Museum, making for sizable contributions for each organization. Thanks to everyone who showed up or pitched in to make the day so wonderful.
