Join Us at the “Tank Farm” Open House This Weekend!

A fully restored T-34/85 was one of many vehicles on display at the tank farm.

Brickmania is once again setting up historic LEGO displays at the Americans in Wartime Museum Open House at the “Tank Farm” in Nokesville, VA. The Open House is 10am to 4pm on Saturday, October 4 and Sunday, October 5 at 13906 Aden Road, Nokesville, VA. On display at the Tank Farm will be one of the largest gatherings of restored military and armored vehicles, helicopters, living history exhibits, and artifact displays. Throughout the day there will be tactical and vehicle demonstrations, historic reenactments, weapon demonstrations by USMC Historical Company, Wartime Oral History Project sign-up, a P-51 Mustang flyover (Saturday), Veterans’ Roundtable (Sunday) and drawing for vehicle rides (among other activities). All visitors are requested to register if you plan to attend (suggested donation is $10 per adult – proceeds help build the future museum!).

Display at the Virginia Armor Museum

Once again we’ll be setting up a historic LEGO display in the aircraft hanger with several large displays for public viewing. We have also been given the green light to set up a vendor booth this year and we’ll have the latest Brickmania kits, minifigs and BrickArms accessories for sale. This is the THE event of the season for those fascinated by history and military hardware.
