As the second week of our Stay-At-Home comes to a close, we wanted to peel back the layers and show you another aspect of how we are keeping the kits shipping from home. With our online store still active, and customers from around the world needing builds more than ever, our fantastic team has adapted to working from home while still providing the great customer service we pride ourselves in.
Here is Charlie, one of the vaunted Pets of Brickmania, helping our customer service team fill orders while at home. We continue to respond to customer questions and process orders as quickly as possible. We want to make sure our customers know that we are dedicated to getting them kits to help them weather this unprecedented global situation and fight cabin fever.
When you can’t get the help of an adorable pup like Charlie, or the equally adorable help of Holly as Dan has at the office, it’s important to keep yourself hydrated and jamming to good music. When you purchase anything from a sticker pack to the newest kit from our home production line, you are supporting some of the most talented brick lovers out there. You keep food in our bellies (and the pets too) and keep the brick flowing into your hands. Our team continues on because of our fans. Your support is appreciate everyday.
Our production team continues to sort, count and bag kits from home. Even though this will cause a delay in some of our preorder and new release kits, we continue to persevere and continue doing what Brickmania does best- provide you with quality historically accurate building kits that can bring you joy and pride from table to shelf.
