A New Look At GHQ

Brickmaniacs,

Those of you who have been following this blog already know how things have changed in our warehouse and our processes to accommodate proper social distancing and protect our community from COVID-19. Today we wanted to peel back the curtain and give you a look at how GHQ has changed now that they are open for business* once again. As you can see from the pictures below, we have halved the public area of GHQ in order to make more work stations for our team to keep proper social distance.

The Archives have been moved off the wall and are now displaying our amazing retired catalog where we once held Micro Brick Battle game nights and other events. The health and safety of our fans, our team members and our community is foremost in our mind, and changing GHQ to accommodate these new restrictions is part of our effort to help slow the spread of COVID-19 and flatten the curve of new cases.

Although we already miss pulling out all of the display models, and playing Micro Brick Battle with our fans, we know that when the day comes that we can hold events again they will only be that much more special. We know it is difficult to maintain social distancing, especially when stay-at-home orders are ending, but we must all do our duty and stay vigilant for our neighbors and our peers.

*Note that we are only allowed to have a maximum of 10 people in the store at once, display models and BrickArms are no longer permitted to be handled by Customers in the store and we require face masks or coverings to be worn by both customers and employees at all times while in the store. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation to mitigate the global pandemic and protect our community, our fans and our team.

As always, we thank you for your support. Keep building your MOCs and sharing your dioramas on your favorite social media sites. We look forward to seeing you all again, but until that is socially responsible, please stay home whenever you can and stay safe, Brickmaniacs!
