The P-51 was an American single-seat, piston engine fighter plane from World War II. It was a fast and agile aircraft that also had an incredibly long range and an enormous weapons payload capability, making it one of the best all-around fighter planes of the war. These new “Mustangs” were in the blue nose livery of the famous 352nd Fighter Group, whose ranks included some of the leading American fighter aces of the war.
