The SU-152 was a Frankenstein’s monster of WWII. In the original design, the Soviets mounted a 152mm Howitzer on the chassis of the KV-1S tank. In later production runs the IS tank chassis was used and the design was redesignated as the ISU-152. The SU-152 found itself in the role of impromptu heavy tank destroyer and rose admirably to the task. It was capable of knocking out the heaviest German armored vehicles. Tigers, Panthers and Elefant tank destroyers all met their doom at the business end of the SU-152. This proficiency earned it the name Zveroboy or “Beast Slayer”.

One of these Brickmania tanks is not real!
This is a picture of our Omaha Beach display at the Brickmania Toyworks in Minneapolis. However one of the tanks in this scene is not real. One of the tanks in this scene is a completely virtual tank created from an actual Brickmania tank. We will be continuing to refine this process to bring you amazing videos in the future. Now watch the video below of our test footage and learn which tank doesn’t really exist.

The M923 is Rolling Back In!
We’ve got another 25 heavy utility trucks ready to roll out! Order yours today and transport your minifigs in style. The M923 was a 5-ton 6×6 U.S. military heavy truck. Designed in the late 1970s to replace the M39 and M809 series of trucks, it has been in service ever since. The M939 evolved into its own family of cargo trucks, prime movers, and recovery vehicles, with about 32,000 in all produced. The M923 has a body with drop sides so it could be loaded from the side by forklifts.
The M923 kit features:
- Opening action for the doors, truck-bed walls and rear tailgate
- Towing hitch for trailer or artillery
- Removable canopy
- Fold-down windscreen
- 1/35 scale matches other Brickmania models
- The over-all color of this model is dark gray with dark tan accents

Brickmania gets a Guinness World Record!
Our K’nex machine – currently on display at Brickmania Toyworks – has just been recognized by Guinness as the World’s Largest K’nex Ball Contraption!
This 126,000 piece structure has been under construction for 16 months and features nearly 1000 feet of track which encircle the entire Toyworks. Over 50 balls run through loops, spirals, ramps, and elevators in a continuous circuit which takes 7 minutes to complete.
The machine is still under construction, with new paths and elements added each month! Come check it out in person at one of our Open House Events every second-Saturday, or at Art-A-Whirl, May 20th through 22nd.
