NEW RELEASE: Panzer II (Previously Available with Barbarossa 41 Pack)
Brickmania is pleased to announce a new kit containing the Panzer II kit, previously only available with the Barbarossa 41 Battle Pack (and sold out since December).
The Panzer II was a stop-gap tank design, rushed into production while the more advanced Panzer III and Panzer IVs were still under development. Armed with a 20mm cannon and MG34 machine gun, the Panzer proved to be a competant design and played a significant role in German campaigns early in the war, such as the invasions of Poland, France, and Soviet Union, as well as North Africa campaigns. It’s light armor and weapons would be no match for heavier Allied equipment introduced later in the war. The Panzer II chassis was also used for several self-proprelled guns, including the effective Mardar II tank destroyer.

It’s been a bumper week for the artillery battalions this week, with fresh batches of both the World War II era M2A1 howitzer and Vietnam / Gulf War era M102 Howitzers rolling off the assembly lines. The M2A1 still comes with a US Army Ranger from Citizen Bricks and BrickArms “proto” artillery shell.
The M102 Howitzer features cool details like swivel base and wheels that can be lowered for travel or raised for firing. It’s perfectly sized for towing behind your Humvee or Deuce and a Half.
Here is an easy modification you can use to add a trailer hitch to your Brickmania M1025 HMMWV kit.

Brickmania’s New WW2 Pacific Amphibious Landing Diorama Coming to Indy
Brickmania is coming to Brickworld Indy on March 9-10 and will be debuting our new WW2 Pacific amphibious landing diorama. We will also have a full store stocked with Brickmania kits, custom minifigs, BrickArms weapons, T-shirts and more. This will be our third appearance at Brickworld Indy, but the first time we will have a major display set up.
This LVT-4 model is just one of dozens of vehicles that will be on display as part of Brickmania’s diorama.
BRICKS CASCADE: Brickmania Represents in Portland, March 9-10
Bricks Cascade is a LEGO® exhibition and fan convention happening in Portland, OR the weekend of Mach 8-10. A wide selection of Brickmania kits will be available at the GI Brick and BrickArms booth at the event. Making its debut at the event, will be the new T-26 Model 1939 Light Tank, which is being released for the first time as its own kit. Also check out the Brickarossa diorama, featuring a number of Brickmania’s Barbarossa 41 themed kits.
Brickmania’s T-26 Model 1939 tank will be available as a separate kit on March 8th, available on the web, Bricks Cascade, Brickworld Indy, and at our Open House on March 9th.
NEW RELEASE: M1A1 75mm Pack Howitzer on M8 Carriage
Designed shortly after World War I to replace existing light artillery pieces, the M1 75mm “pack” howitzer was a small artillery piece that could be broken down and transported by pack horses or mules. Not mass produced until the outbreak of World War II, several design improvements were added in 1940, with the new gun designated the M1A1 on M8 Carriage (replacing the original wooden-wheeled gun carriage). The lightweight field gun was mainly used to equip US Army airborne artillery battalions, but was also adpoted for use by the US Marine Corps for its campaigns in the Pacific. While not as powerful as the more widely used 105mm howitzers, its small size made it more versatile and easier to transport over rough terrain.
Brickmania is please to introduce this M1A1 75mm Howitzer kit as part of its Campaign in the Pacific series of model kits..
